Thomas R. Bolduc Appointed President & CEO of Benchmark Bank
Aurora, IL – February 25, 2008 – Thomas R. Bolduc was recently appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Benchmark Bank. He is working at the main office located at 1 N. Constitution Drive in Aurora.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Mr. Bolduc’s professional career began in 1988 when he joined American National Bank & Trust Company as a credit analyst in the Commercial Banking Training program. Rising through the ranks in commercial lending, Mr. Bolduc earned a reputation as a strong business developer and relationship manager, eventually leading to Team Leadership positions.
In addition, Mr. Bolduc has held executive level positions with regional companies such as Fifth Third Bank and First Financial Bank (a $3.8 billion bank holding company headquartered in Ohio). Mr. Bolduc returned to the Fox Valley in 2006 to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for First Choice Bank in Geneva.
Whether working for large regional companies or community based organizations, Mr. Bolduc has become known for his ability to build successful customer relationships and deliver products and services on a personalized level to a wide variety of small and middle-market businesses.
