High Quality Personal Service
After reviewing the survey results it is evident that quality service is what sets us apart from the competition. 95% of respondents said that they would recommend us to their family and friends. Please know we will continue to work hard every day to provide you with the highest level of personal service.

Online Banking and Bill Pay are Free
The survey also showed us that the use of technology in banking is continuing to grow.

• Nearly half of all respondents said they prefer to receive an electronic statement rather than a traditional printed statement and most would like to receive email or text alerts about their bank accounts. This is great news. Our electronic statements will be available soon!
  
  
• Net Teller Online Banking and Bill Pay use is absolutely free to all Benchmark Bank retail customers.

Answers to Other Online Banking Questions

1. Loan Payments can be made online
   To make a loan payment online to another institution, sign into Net Teller and choose the Bill Payment Option. Be prepared to input the name and address of the payee when you set this up the first time. You will also need the account number of the account to be credited.
   
   
2. Payee information can be edited easily
   To update payee information, go into Bill Payment and choose Payees.  In the drop down box by the selected payee choose EDIT and proceed. For any payee that receives the payment electronically (indicated by an “E”), they require that you delete the payee by choosing DELETE, then go to ADD PAYEE and enter the new information. 
   
   If the payee receives a check (indicated by a “C”), you can make the change by selecting EDIT, then proceed to make the change on the next page.
   
   
3. Funds can be transferred between accounts online
   To transfer funds between Benchmark Bank accounts, choose TRANSFER from the SELECT OPTION drop down associated with the account you want to transfer funds from.  Complete the information requested and submit.
